    立委讓官員適當的回答時間，並給予政策上的建議，全程抓緊重點質詢，最後再要求官員在期限內做出承諾，把質詢發揮的淋漓盡致。 王正旭委員準備很充分，資料很多，問的問題也有針對性。 但小缺點是講太多內容，讓人聽到後面有點亂，重點可以再更清楚一點。 印象有變好，覺得他很認真負責，但希望未來表達可以更簡單有力。 整體來說不錯 希望他質詢的時候能夠嚴利一點，不要讓大家覺得他是好好先生 優點：語氣平和，有提出自己的建議給院方、部長 缺點： 提出了很多例子來質詢，講話很有禮貌 優點：理性問政 質詢時邏輯清楚，態度認真，提升了我對他的好印象
