質詢一些旁枝末節的問題，缺乏讓官員回應的空間。

沒有拿出事證作為質詢基礎

利用台語質詢，很值得其他委員效法

丁學忠委員在1:12提出問題,只給內政部次長10秒回答就插話.關於議員助理費的上限與人數,法令已經修改取消限制,都不清楚,還提出要求提高,足以證明根本不清楚法條修改狀況,讓人乍舌.

委員急於詢問交通部時，沒有聽清經費部會解釋是用在何者地方，就打斷發言。

此位立委針對不在籍投票無法通過一事提出清晰的原因與見解，然而卻未提供相對應的解決方法。/看完這則影片對於此立委的印象實有改變，在過去對此位立委的印象是在金門撞船事件之質問，那時的他對於案件的注重程度明顯大於本案，但也改正了質詢時之不當個人情緒。

如果可以在更加專注在題目上以及讓彼此的表達時間獨立可能會更清楚

閩南語的質詢，可能對年輕人來說，在了解上有一定的難度。

委員邏輯清楚，但口齒有時不清晰，較難聽懂內容

該立委一直對官員提出很多並不是實質上質詢應該處理的問題，像是不斷要求官員道歉及下台負責。質詢內容充斥著相同而無實質內容的問題，並不切合質詢主題，亦無針對行政單位的錯誤提出具體疑問或對行政單元負責的業務進行建議。
