這位委員準備資料很齊全，連事件歷史都有詳細說明。比較不好的是，有時候有點偏離主題

好：在質詢為何優先通過福又達的快篩劑申請時點到為止，不浪費質詢時間差：在詢問原住民產地價與北農售價的差異時，若能給出實際準確的金額數會更好

我認為立委的論點清晰，敘述也算有條理、言之有物，且備妥資料，讓質詢過程順利進行。但我認為在說明台電員工都很認真負責這段有點不必要，與質詢主題沒有直接的關聯性。

最好的地方是委員都有針對國民的需求與小數族群的利益發聲、提出質問；最差的地方是委員沒有尊重官員，在官員回答時，委員沒有等他們說完就打斷了。

表現好的地方:有為民喉舌，監督政府。表現差的地方，內容與主題無關，應先質詢完會議相關主題在額外職群其他部分。

有具體提出可改善方案，且積極維護勞方權益，也有舉出實際例子

我覺得表現得不錯，有給質詢的兌現回答的空間，指出快篩問題，如何解決快篩短缺問題，可以在哪裡到快篩試劑。

我認為委員口齒清晰，有理有據，條理分明，持續且積極的在為原住民群體發聲

我覺得孔委員用明確的數字表達烏俄戰爭對台灣石油的影響，是很好的方式讓聽者一下子就能明白其影響程度，還有對於離島建設有持續的關注，並非只專注於本島經濟，重視少數族群的利益。

我覺得委員質詢的還不錯，短短幾分鐘內有問到著作權法修法的幾個問題癥結點。包括新法是否扼殺台灣本土藥廠、是否引起濫訴等問題，還有水庫的補償問題。在幾分鐘內點到所有問題的核心，我覺得質詢的很不錯。
