    無 講話聲音可以再清楚一點 我認為陳玉珍委員在質詢過程中並未給官員足夠的回答時間，在官員回答時會一直打斷對方，造成官員需要一直重述上一句未講完的話，很沒有效率。 在質詢前，陳玉珍立委有確實準備資料，例如:關於停電一案，她發現經濟部的資料與檢察官起訴所使用的刑法條則違背。經濟部的資料顯示:停電非爆炸物引起的。然而，檢察官卻以第 176 條起訴，導致兩方內容有所矛盾。這部分值得稱讚。然而，缺點仍然存在。雖然對於停電一案有事前準備資料，但是質詢內容不盡理想。檢察官仍持續偵查停電一案，但是立委仍堅持要法務部部長針對「經濟部的資料與檢察官起訴所使用的刑法條則矛盾」一事提出解決辦法，甚至還懷疑是否有官官相衛的嫌疑。坦白說，我想任何人都只能回答:「我們會持續追查，一定會把案件釐清。」這樣的質詢其實沒有用，甚至會讓觀眾產生對黨不對事的猜想，因為今年正逢九合一選舉。除此之外，立委因為自己的冗言過多，導致超時質詢。整體而言，我認為陳玉珍立委表現得不盡理想，之前我有看她質詢交通部部長的影片，除了事前準備很好之外，其他方面皆與這次質詢相反，明明是有能力之人，為什麼嚴重地退步呢?希望下次能改進。 陳玉珍立委質詢的內容符合公民利益，適當替人民發生，不管是立委的觀察或是人民的陳情，但我覺得立委在時間的掌控在此IVOD中並未表現得很好，雖然緊扣主題，但時常在次長回答的時候發言，導致並未有效的解決問題，舉例來說第一個主題針對金門長照機構的快篩及藥物問題，立委很常在次長講話講到一半時突然講出自己的說法，讓我有點無法清楚地了解次長的見解以及如何解決，雖然在最後面立委有要求後續追蹤，但卻沒有讓次長明確說出怎麼處理，讓我覺得很可惜。 質詢有邏輯有條理，建議不夠明確 他充分運用經濟部的報告、媒體的報導、以及法條來增加自己所說內容的可信度，說話有條理，內容明確直擊重點，有要求官員作出會改善的承諾，在官員含糊其辭時將主題拉回正軌。但是做得不好的地方是常常打斷官員的回覆沒有讓他表達見解，以及時間分配不夠完善導致另一個議題來不及充分討論。 陳玉珍委員透過對法務部長質詢的兩大問題，一方面質詢檢察機關偵辦台電員工之行為，是否有為國家電力問題卸責至基層員工身上之嫌疑，使檢察機關淪為貫徹執政黨意志之工具；另一方面亦從選區金門所遭遇到的問題出發，針對全國性的犯罪議題及檢方偵辦作為進行關注，並求法務部方面承諾全力作為；個人認為上述問題均為我國近期面臨之重大問題陳玉珍委員均有提及並要求檢討，表現十分良好。 我覺得最好的地方是對於法該官員表示並沒有一定並沒有一定要按照自己所提出的修法方向修法,而是可以再進一步討論細則我覺得很好
